well sorry lads.crap. I recently bought some new web software and the tutorials were extensive and visually and verbally applied. They were all fairly short but well explained and easy to follow. I think you need to provide tutorials which takes you from how to start and follow through with some examples. Also perhaps provide a more extensive and clear pdf manual on how to use the app. For such a relatively simple, but very good app I might add, I think you have not made it easy for anyone to use. Sorry for the rant but I don't have a lot of time to spend on trying to learn something which should only take a very short time to get to grips with.
